T-shirt
Sweatshirt or Jumper (perferably nylon)
Windproof / Waterproof top
Hat for warmth

* No Crocs or flipflops as they can become removed in the water. Walking boots, Wellingtons and “thick soled trainers” not appropriate to wear on the water. Its required that adequate footwear is worn at all times during the activity
A wetsuit is not essential for canoeing. If you have one then you may wear it but also wear a wind/waterproof top with it. An old sweatshirt or jumper is also worth having with you.
For any Open Canoeing a pair of Wind/waterproof over trousers may be useful.
Gloves that grip whilst wet are a good idea especially in the colder months.
